Welcome to Compass Home Inspections LLC. My name is Matthew Talbot, INTERNACHI certified Professional Inspector, Washington and Oregon State Licensed Home Inspector, and dedicated professional, father, and husband.

Here at Compass, we are not a franchise or corporation – we are your neighbors. As a long time resident of the Camas/Vancouver area, I am familiar with the issues that affect homes in the Pacific Northwest. My primary goal is to properly inform current and potential homeowners of the potential issues that may go unnoticed without proper training and experience, and to be honest and realistic regarding the condition of homes in the area.
